NWD reserves the right to adjust the schedule and/or charge additional fees in the event that the Client fails to meet deadlines agreed upon for delivery of information, materials, approvals, payments, and for changes and/or additions to the services outlined in the Client’s original order. The printing turnaround times listed on this site are only estimates. In the unlikely event that NWD is late with the job, NWD liability shall be limited to a 10% discount towards the client's next job, but the client must request this credit. In no event will NWD or its licensees assume liability for any damages beyond those set forth in this paragraph, or for any general, consequential, or special damages that are claimed to follow by reason of the delay.

Promoting the Client’s business is by far the most important part. By using NWD’s marketing services, the Client can promote to all 50 states and let the public see the Client’s logo and identify it with the Client’s service or product. NewWebDesign.com (here after referred to as NWD) strives to market the Client’s business according to NWD’s marketing schedule. NWD reserves the right to adjust the schedule and/or charge additional fees in the event that the Client fails to meet deadlines agreed upon for delivery of information, materials, approvals, payments, and for changes and/or additions to the services outlined in the Client’s original order.  



NWD reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal.  The Client expressly understands that NWD, its subsidiaries, agents, employers and/or parent company, is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans.  The Client represents and guarantees they have proper and legal title of all matter (of any form) submitted to NWD publication.

The fifteen-day waiting list: Currently, all changes, new projects, and current projects, may be subjected to a fifteen-day waiting list due to the heavy volume of quality control. New clients will be subjected to an approval form to ensure that client expectations are achievable. This quality control policy may or may not apply to you; this is in the benefit of all final products if it does apply to you.

Client agrees that they will be subjected to this clause as NewWebDesign.com sees fit.
Will be billed biweekly and must be paid in full day of, or project will be placed on hold with a $100 restoration fee.
When you purchase a website the costs covered only the building, graphics, and changes. Any consulting or training during any design process additional costs will apply. At any time client will be asked for a $500.00 consulting fee. If client goes passed just the sales content provided to the public information on NewWebDesign.com and custom consulting for their business development begins about their company, that is when the $500.00 consulting fee will apply. Client will be notified verbally to continue this conversation because at this point he is crossing over into custom business development training/consulting and a payment will be rendered before any future consulting or training continues.

After the paperwork is signed and/or any creative design interacting, emails, graphics, or design, all the necessary resources have been allocated to complete this project scope due to this fact there is a no refund policy. In the event that a deposit or any form of currency has been given before the paperwork is signed, there will be a 25% paperwork-processing fee before the refund is given. Client has taken the time and effort to choose MyNewWebDesign.com /Interactive Success LLC, which is a creative service. At that point, client is considered satisfied with MNWD's creative service. There are many steps to a business that go into process at the point that your paperwork is signed, and/or any creative design interacting, emails, graphics, or design, most importantly allocating the resources and processing the paperwork with all the design professionals necessary to complete your project scope to the quality you will be expecting and chose while choosing MNWD's creative services.

Client understands that full payment for allocating the resources on this interactive sever agreement is MyNewWebDesign.com's (MNWD) policy. In the event client is withholding content, fails to approve completed project, misrepresents themselves, is unavailable, becomes hostile, MNWD.com reserves the right to a no refund policy. Due to said payment schedule and project time frame if client is in a monthly agreement where MNWD has the right to automatically charge client’s Credit Card according to payment schedule as long as all their work is being done on time and both parties are accommodated. In the event that a client has over exceeded said project scope by any means it will go under the additional work category and client will be billed accordingly. After project is complete a signed a release form is issued to client this will close any project scope at anytime. If client refuses to sign a release form MNWD has the right to terminate any contract at anytime.
